Competition Format & Equipment

Professionally organized sessions on world-class equipment

Modified Capital Cup Format

The Modified Capital Cup format features two sets of equipment in the competition gym, allowing one group of gymnasts to warm up on an event while another group competes on that same apparatus. Athletes rotate through all four events, warming up and competing immediately on each before moving to the next.

How it works:

  • Two sets of equipment per event in the competition area
  • One group warms up while another group competes on the same apparatus
  • Athletes compete on all four events with immediate warm-up before each
  • Efficient rotation keeps the competition moving smoothly
